Shipping Times
Premade Releases
Premade items are shipped the same day or the next business day whenever possible.
For 2026 and beyond, we will continue improving our fulfillment process and will provide regular shipping and delivery updates through our Instagram page @heartbreakkids.us, including Stories and Highlights.
Please note that tracking numbers are provided once an order is processed, and tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Preorder Items (Shipping & Process)
Preorder items are produced in limited quantities and require additional production time. Estimated shipping timelines for preorder items are clearly listed:

In your order confirmation email
Before completing a preorder, customers must confirm they have read and accepted the stated terms and estimated fulfillment timeline.
Once a preorder is placed, the order is considered final, and customers agree to wait for the full production and shipping duration.
To keep everyone informed, preorder updates will be shared every Monday on our website homepage until all orders have shipped. Additional progress updates will also be posted on our Instagram @heartbreakkids.us.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist with a resolution. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible.
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change-of-mind purchases. We strongly recommend reviewing all product descriptions, sizing details, and images before completing your order.
All Sales Final
Due to the limited nature of our releases — especially preorder items — all purchases are considered final once placed. Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are not accepted for preorder items, as production begins shortly after orders are confirmed.
